Your online account puts you in control. You can send your Care Team a message or get information any time, using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

• Everything Is in One Place: You can look up your Care Team, check status of supply orders, get an ID card, and more! You’ll also find important resources like plan documents and benefits information.

• It’s Just for You: Your online account contains your information – you can be confident that what you see is what you need to know.

• It Gives You a Record: No need to take notes during an important call or worry about misplacing information. Messages to and from your Care Team stay in your inbox until you delete them.

Register for an Account

It’s easy to register for your online account. You will need to enter your Member ID, or your Medicare or Medicaid ID. You’ll also need to enter an email address or phone number. You can enter your home phone number, but if you want to receive text alerts, we’ll need your cell phone number.
